A jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny jsou pon\u011bkud d\u011bsiv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e se na prvn\u00ed pohled zd\u00e1.\u00a0\u00a0Kdy\u017e toti\u017e komentujeme \u010di p\u0159id\u00e1me p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek, na kter\u00fd n\u011bkdo zareaguje, n\u00e1\u0161 mozek uvoln\u00ed do krve hormony \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. Tak budeme m\u00edt jistotu, \u017ee si i bez internetu nebudeme p\u0159ipadat na\u0161tvan\u00ed a nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed.\u00a0D\u00e1le je to tak\u00e9 monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed, kolik \u010dasu denn\u011b na s\u00edti str\u00e1v\u00edme. Dobr\u00e9 je zalo\u017eit si den\u00edk, kde si budeme sv\u00e1 \u010d\u00edsla ka\u017ed\u00fd den zaznamen\u00e1vat. Budeme tak m\u00edt jasn\u00fd p\u0159ehled o tom, zda to nep\u0159eh\u00e1n\u00edme a zda bychom nem\u011bli ubrat.
